RESERVATION POLICY

  • Banquet time 180 min. Free-flow drinks for 120 minutes, last order 30 minutes before close.
  • 10F can accomodate up to 20 people.If the number of guests exceeds 20, we advise using 9F as well.
  • Final decision on the number of guests must be made 7 days in advance.
  • Minimum guarantee fee will be charged even if the actual number of guests is less than the number of guests in the reservation.
  • Client is responsible for damage by guests to the premises.
  • Changes to drink and food orders must be made by noon 7 days before the event.
  • We can accomodate requests to store physical itemas from one day before the event.
  • Minimum guarantee fee: 200,000 yen (tax not included)
  • Cancellation of reservations will be subject to the following cancellation fees based on the last quoted price.
    ~ one week : 30% | 3 days before : 50% | the day before : 90% | ~on the day of reservation : 100%.
  • Payment should be made on the day of the event. If you wish to receive a formal invoice, please let us know in advance.
  • Any food or drinks ordered outside of the party package will be at an additional charge at posted menu prices.
  • In case of rain on the day of the event, no cancellation fee will be charged. Staff will make the rain decision.
  • In the event that the use of the facility is interrupted due to weather conditions during the use, 50% of the fee will be refunded. However, no refund will be made if the service is interrupted for more than one hour.
  • The Service may be suspended or terminated in the event that a customer fails to comply with these Terms of Use, causes inconvenience to other customers, or receives complaints from neighbors, or if the Service cannot be provided safely due to force majeure, such as earthquakes, disasters, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, the usage fee will not be refunded.

・1週間前に最終参加人数の決定をお願いいたします。
・予定人数より少なかった場合でも最低保証料金は頂戴いたします。 お客様の責任より汚損、物品の破損等が生じた場合、修繕費をご負担頂きます。
・ドリンク、フードに関するご注文内容の変更は、7日前正午迄にいただけますようお願いします 。
・お荷物搬入・お預かりは、前日より承ります。
・最低保証料：20万円（税別）
・ご予約のキャンセル時には最新の見積金額をベースに、下記キャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
〜1週間：30％　|　3日前：50％ |　前日：90％　|　当日：100％
・お支払いは当日精算でお願いいたします。請求書払いを希望の方は事前にお申し付けください。
・パーティーパッケージ以外のお料理やお飲み物をご注文の場合は、メニューに準じた追加料金を申し受けます。
・当日雨天の場合、キャンセル料はかかりません。雨の判断はスタッフがします。
・途中の天候悪化により利用ができなくなった場合、利用料金の50％を返金いたします。ただし利用時間が1時間を超えての中断は返金いたしかねます。
・お客さまが本規約を遵守せず、他のお客さまへの迷惑行為や近隣住民から苦情を受けた場合、地震、災害、テロ行為等の不可抗力により本サービスの
安全な提供ができなくなった場合、本サービスを停止または終了することがあります。この場合、利用料金の返金はいたしません。
